What is MyWrigleyville?
MyWrigleyville works with MyWrigleyville Certified Rooftops to get the best prices, but also make sure all guests have an enjoyable time on rooftops that hold high values and standards for all guests. The rooftops we work with have amazing views, great food & outstanding service.

 

What time does the rooftop open?
Each rooftop has its own designated opening time - ranging anywhere from 30 minutes to 60 minutes before the scheduled start time. Check the Rooftop Directory page to see each rooftop's policy.

What If the game goes into extra innings?
You may remain on the rooftop until the completion of the game. Alcohol beverage service ends at the Bottom of the 7th inning, food / pop / water will go the duration of the game.

What If the game gets rained out?
If a game cancelation before the doors open, then your ticket will be valid for the make up game scheduled by the Chicago Cubs.
If the rooftop has opened, you will be able to continue to eat & drink the duration of the rain delay. If the game is canceled, you may remain in the building for 30 minutes, and receive the date the game is scheduled by the Chicago Cubs to continue.
If the game is called due to weather between the 5th & 9th innings, it will be ruled a complete game. No make up game is received.

How old must you be to attend a game on the rooftop?
Typically you must be 12 years or older to be on a rooftop. Persons 12 - 20 years of age must be accompanied by a legal parent or guardian. To attend alone, you must be 21 years or older. ID may be checked at the door and/or at the bar when ordering.

Are there discounts available for children or persons over 21 not choosing to eat and drink?
There are no discounts for children or people who choose not to drink alcohol. All tickets are the same rate, and include the all you can eat and drink package.

Are the rooftops handicapped accessible?
Not all rooftops have elevators. There are typically 4 flights of stairs to arrive at the club house levels and 5 flights of stairs to the rooftop levels. Check the Rooftop Directory page to see each rooftop's accessibility.

I purchased tickets for one rooftop, but I want to attend a different rooftop location, what do I do?
The rooftops are all individually owned. Once tickets are purchased, there are no refunds.

 

What time does alcohol get served until?
Last call is at the 7th inning, where each person is served 1 beer. Alcohol beverage service concludes bottom of the 7th / top of the 8th inning, per the Chicago Cubs.

What kind of alcohol is there?
There is typically several types of beer and wine. The rooftops do not served hard alcohol.

What time does food get served until?
Food, pop and water are served the duration of the game.

 


How big of a group do we need to buy tickets?
Parties are accepted in any size from 1 person to 200 people, provided there is space available for the game you request.

Can I add more people on to my group?
If space is available, you may purchase additional tickets at the current selling price. This may be different then the original price you purchased tickets. No refunds will be issued.

Can I reserved the entire facility?
Contact one of our Rooftop Directory Assistants and they can find out what rooftops can accommodate your large group.

Can we rent the rooftop on a non-Cubs game day?
Rooftops are only allowed to open on Cubs game days, unless they have a special permit to open on non-game days. If you are interested in off-season or non-game day event, please email us at rooftops@mywrigleyville.com with information about your event you are trying to schedule.

Delivery of tickets?
Typically you will receive your print-at-home tickets within 48 hours. If your purchasing your tickets close to the day of the game, usually you will see them sooner.

My credit card was charged but I haven't received my tickets, what should I do?
MyWrigleyville tries to accommodate all group sizes. If your credit card was changed and you received an email with the amount processed, your order was approved. Look for your ticket shortly after that - be sure to watch your junk-mail-box, in addition to your in-box.

What If i haven't received my tickets and its after 48 hours?
Check your junk-mail-box in your email. Sometimes they end up in there.  If you have not received your tickets in 48 hours, you may contact us at sales@mywrigleyville.com. Please include your name, email address you used to purchased the tickets, and a phone number that we can contact you at.
